Chef Tony Kavalieros studied cooking in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1974. Since then, the profession has become a passion and a passionate profession. He worked as a chef and consultant in restaurants, catering, hotels and food companies. He collaborates with Kathimerini's Gastronomy, Professional magazines Snack and Coffee and Gratto of Forum LTD, Metro Gourmet, Cook book of the newspaper and other food magazines as well as special cooking presentations on Greek TV. He has been a cooking professor, writer and curator in professional cooking editions.
