Born in 1995 in Chania, Crete, Vasileios Kyriakakis has emerged as a prominent figure in the fields of gastronomy and high-end hospitality. With a professional footprint that extends from Greece to Austria, he is recognized for his excellence, strategic foresight, and unwavering commitment to delivering impeccable service.

Academic Path and Specialization

Vasileios' journey into the world of gastronomy and hospitality began in the professional kitchen. His deep passion for culinary art, combined with the allure of order, discipline, and precision within the workspace, inspired him to embark on a meticulously guided path of flavors and experience — one he continues to cultivate with dedication. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics, with a specialization in Gastronomy and Finance. Currently, he is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Executive Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London. His academic research focuses on the effects of economic crisis on the tourism industry, with particular attention to the challenges of staffing and human resource sustainability. He also holds the internationally respected WSET Level 2 wine certification, demonstrating refined knowledge of global vineyards and wine cultures — elements he masterfully integrates into the holistic hospitality experiences he curates.

With an uncompromising dedication to quality, Vasileios Kyriakakis consistently seeks out the finest raw materials and aims for gastronomic balance and harmony in every collaboration. He is the founder of a specialized Consulting & Auditing firm, offering strategic development, operational excellence, and training solutions for hospitality and food service businesses. His career includes high-level collaborations with prestigious international groups such as Amathus, Wyndham, and Ella Resorts, as well as the globally active Poseidon Restaurant chain operating in Greece and the United States. He has held leading positions in esteemed properties such as Costa Mare Sea View and Elli WorldAt present, he holds the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the flagship Hellea Lifestyle Resort, the largest and most advanced property of the Ella Resorts group. There, he contributes decisively to the resort’s operational precision, service innovation, and guest satisfaction.

 

Vasileios Kyriakakis and (KYRIAKAKIS HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT CONSULTING) has won the GOLDEN PLATE™ 2025 in the high-end gastronomy contest organized by the global organization GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS® GTBB. His company received the special title " Management Consulting of the Year 2025"
