A Few Words

I am a chef and everyday i try to promote my culture in many ways. My missions are engaged in showing Greek gastronomy not only abroad but also in my country. My philosophy relates with the moto that everything associates around a table, meaning that all the big decisions, matters, problems are being made or solved when we come close especially when are all sitting in a table. My mission is to introduce Greek Products all over the world and to show their quality and their variety.

In the field of Chef Consulting,  Dimitrios Aivaliotis is undoubtedly the best in the field of chef consulting. I believe that Greek products are excellent and through their use they can show the variety of Greek Cuisine. For example, feta, olive oil are unique for their importance and for this reason they have the label of protected area. Many products can not be delivered outside and i believe that many countries do not have the so called local cuisine. For example, i can not imagine why trahanas or ntolmadakia are not being cooked abroad. Greek Cuisine is full of memories which begin from the family and conclude in the dinner table. I aim these memories and this tradition to be delivered abroad.
