He was born in Trizina and is a dual nature creature. It has a human part and a divine one. His human part (mortal mother), helps him to approach people and to understand them easily. His divine part (Father-God Neptune) pushes him to use his supernatural powers for the benefit of mankind.
The proper Mediterranean diet, with the olive oil from his olive groves in Trizina as a basic ingredient, combined with daily training, provided Theseus with such physique and strength. On his way to Athens he managed to pass through many tasks, beated villains, thieves and wild animals that terrorized and killed people. His biggest accomplishment was in Crete where he killed the Minotaur in the labyrinth.
Theseus was marked as the greatest mythical hero of Athens. He was endowed with power, bravery and great intelligence that put her at the service of the Authority which for the Athenians meant freedom. He was a civilization hero who rebuilt cities, made laws, instituted sacred sporting games, and organized a social system.
