GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS GTBB has launched certificates and
badges of high quality branding & marketing value. Our badges are protected
and registered as trademarks. Our company EURO TOUR BOOKING
LIMITED gives the permission to use these certificates & badges under
written license signed by our operating managers. The licenses of the GTBB
certifications last and are valid for a certain period of time, that of (1) one year
and may be renewed under a new application. The GTBB certifications –
certificates – badges – e-logos – diplomas are “Restricted Use” and may be
used only by the company or entity that has been endorsed-registered for the
license and its “NAME” is addressed to, on the certification “DIPLOMA”.
According to this, the company or entity “CERTIFICATION RECEIVER” has
not the right to accredit-authorize-assign, to third parties or partners, the
written license. Displaying the GTBB certification, logos or badges on other’s
products or services (not licensed) in the “CERTIFICATION RECEIVER’S”
website or any other website except the [registered one] is forbidden actions.
Licensed users of our logos (badges) and certificates have to respect the
status of these and avoid unwanted methods and practices of displaying –
exposing them. The last could refer to wrong places of exposing in an office or
a place that underestimates the value of the certificate or badge. Furthermore
practices of changing the logos, dates on logos and erasing part of the
graphics even displaying them half – split view may harm the status of our
certificates and badges and such unwanted actions are forbidden and give us
the chance of claiming compensation. Web sharing and web uploading of our
certificates and badges in a way that seems awkward and misleading may
harm our reputation and downgrade the status of our brands. In every case of
unwanted usage, as mentioned above, our company has the right to protect
its values and trademarks under national and international trademark and
copyright laws and treaties throughout the world. These Terms & Conditions
are connected to the relevant email proposals – offers, made by our company
to each client and the last ones [e-proposals – e-mails – offers] stand valid as
an annex to the Terms & Conditions each client has been accepted in first
place through e-signing forms and direct wire transfers indicating acceptance.

taste & Gold medal certification holders] are obliged to follow the following rules
when communicating their titles:
- Press conferences, educational & teaching roles, cooking workshop seminars,
events, conferences and other acts organized by the certified individuals with
the particular theme/topic or reference to the (Ambassador Certification titles
of Greek Taste Beyond Borders GTBB) are prohibited.
Example: Mr. Someone Ambassador of Greek Cuisine 2022 – Πρεσβευτής Ελληνικής
Κουζίνας is teaching cooking classes in the University or School of (any name). This
practice is prohibited when using & addressing the GTBB title reference with no
written license by our GTBB Committee)
or
Mr. Someone Ambassador of Greek Cuisine 2022 is planning to give an interview to
a native or foreign media as an Ambassador of Greek Cuisine-
Πρεσβευτής Ελληνικής Κούζίνας… (this practice is prohibited with no written
license by our GTBB Committee).
or
Mr. Someone Ambassador of Greek Cuisine 2022 is planning to organize a cooking
workshop seminar as an Ambassador of Greek Cuisine 2022 – Πρεσβευτής
Ελληνικής Κουζίνας… (this practice is prohibited with no written license by our
Greek Taste Beyond Borders GTBB Committee).
- Certified Ambassadors should always address themselves (Orally or by script)
as Ambassadors by Greek Taste Beyond Borders GTBB and state the year of
certification.
Right Example: My restaurant is an Ambassador of Greek Cuisine 2022 by GTBB.
Wrong Example: Appearing as plain (Ambassador of Greek Cuisine) {NO by GTBB –
NO YEAR indication] in your social media page or website or anywhere else as third
party media announcements, is a prohibited practice!
GTBB has the right in violation of the rules to claim for compensation for general
damages.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold GREEK TASTE BEYOND
BORDERS GTBB harmless from and against any and all claims, damages,
costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your
use of our Website or any Contracts or Services OR LICENSED
CERTIFICATES AND BADGES you purchase through it.
