Anastasios Chasekioglou lives in Miami, Florida where he has set up the Atlantikos restaurant in the Iconic St. Regis Bal Harbour and besides that, he supervises all the culinary services (7 more restaurants featuring international cuisines) in this luxurious 5star resort.

At Atlantikos, he marries some local flavors with the ancient spirit of the recipes and techniques from the Greek islands he's visited, but the menu is consistent with his devotion to his national cuisine.

Executive chef Anastasios Chasekioglou offers a selection of traditional Greek dishes, presented elegantly and with an emphasis on the ingredient in an upscale setting.
