Anastasios Ntoumas, is a taste expert and a Greek food innovator. He lives in Athens, Greece and owns the restaurant chain "Lefkes" (4 restaurants). As an executive chef he was the first professional in Greece to create the "new modern Greek cuisine", a trend that had to do with exceptional food styling and ingredient mixture of finest products. His ambitious personality and devotion to Greek tradition and culture gave him the chance of opening a new restaurant "Lefkes" in the Santorini island, that was awarded by Estiatoria.gr Golden Awards as top level gastronomy. His last project is the establishment of  "Estiatorio Lefkes" in New Jersey, USA and the best Italian restaurant on New York’s Upper West Side ”CESCA”.
