His ambitious personality and devotion to Greek tradition and culture gave him the chance of opening a new restaurant "Lefkes" in the Santorini island, that was awarded by Estiatoria.gr Golden Awards as top level gastronomy. His last project is the establishment of "Estiatorio Lefkes" in New Jersey, USA and the best Italian restaurant on New York’s Upper West Side ”CESCA”.
