Athanasios Sakkaris - From an early age and close to renowned CHEFs of Greek gastronomy, he was introduced in the world of cooking, he gained valuable experience and succeeded in a very short time period of time to lead as executive chef of 5-star hotel units in Greece as well as to curate the menus in restaurants as well as in private villas throughout Greece. He has given his own stamp to modern Greek gastronomy and its flavors and his dishes have "travelled" to all the lengths and breadths of the earth.

Relying above all on Greek raw materials and in collaboration with Greek producers, Athanasios Sakkaris has managed to highlight the richness of the Greek land in his dishes. Today he continues his culinary career at the "MY WAY" hotel in Patras where attracts tourists from all over the world who wish to "discover" it authentic Greek cuisine in its most modern version. Also, in all these years of his culinary career, he has transmitted the knowledge and his experience to many cooks, who took the bases, spread their own wings and now they work in Greece but also abroad highlighting the Greek kitchen.
