Christos Nanos is an executive, head and brand chef in Russia. He has created the menus of more than 28 restaurants and resorts in the Russian federation with Greek character. He has been mastering the art of Modern Greek cuisine for more than 10 years and has been awarded several times for his talent and amazing food creations. He loves teaching cooking to beginners and to promote Greece and authentic Greek cuisine. His success is a result of hard work and continuous research in combining flavors and high quality products in order to produce an excellent avant-garde stylish dish. He is proud to be Greek and was raised in Marathon.
