Executive Chef Prasatzis Chrysostomos, being in the culinary field for the past 18years, has in his portfolio many well-known awardee restaurants and hotels in Athens, Santorini, Thessaloniki. He is the Sales Consultant and Chef in one of the biggest diary company of Greece, Optima SA, since 2014. Furthermore, he is imparting his knowledge to the students of famous private Greek colleges in Greece in the culinary field.
At the same time, he is running his own company, CP Dining Consulting, providing consulting services in restaurants and hotels. Moreover, he has participate in Greek taste exposure events through Europe with the two latest taking place in Dusseldorf and in Alicante Spain. He is an executive Chef, customizes an evolving approach on contemporary Greek cuisine.
One of the things he loves, is searching all over Greece for premium products, tasting and learning about all the new agricultural and fodder methods that can produce gourmet first raw materials and how they can be combined and presented in a restaurant’s menu.
