With origin from Greece and many of years in family restaurants in America, taking the experience from his father Victor Diakrousis, the great cook for the royals in his ages, he managed to stand out as one of the top Greek chefs specializing in modern Greek cuisine. From his award-winning restaurant in Kefalonia, "Sunrise Seafood Restaurant" , he is recognized as a true promoter of the Greek gastronomy and culture. His dishes reflect the elegance of the Ionian style & philosophy, through magnificent flavours and unique tastes.
