A Few Words

Evangelos Bilibas (Executive Chef). My cuisine is Greek-Mediterranean that uses fresh products, locally and sustainably coursed, as I care about making dishes that tell the story of my island (Samos) and country (Greece), through its vast amount of traditions, dishes and history. My main goal and passion is to inspire the every-day person to incorporate Greek gastronomical elements that not only continue Greek traditions but are also healthy for the mind and the body. I find it crucial to support local businesses while coursing my raw materials to ensure the best quality of the end product. With respect to the environment, passion for high quality dishes, which tastes good and tell a story.

Evangelos Bilibas was recently certified & awarded by the GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS® GTBB organization with the CERTIFICATION OF VALUE & QUALITY GOLD MEDAL 2021 for mastering Greek cuisine, for his higher-level culinary consultancy services and for keeping tradition alive.

GTBB organization is dominating in the promotion of Greek taste & gastronomy throughout the world, utilizing modern branding methods and the most effective business networking platform for Greece and its global representation. The prestigious awards mentioned as “top honors” by GTBB have a significant role and are presented exclusively to top chefs and premium brands for their excellent quality standards and conformity to core values.

The process of the certification was implemented under the GTBB Prototype which adopts a protocol number policy and a modernized evaluation method, associated to high value standards of quality and taste.
