Chef Fotis says “Right now I am focused on the food being vibrant, flavorful and unique. I have added the flavours from the hometown where I grew up in Greece. I have passionately created a menu with exciting dishes that enliven the palate, giving a once in a lifetime culinary experience.”

“For example, I put a fun, yet delicious spin on the lamb rack by deconstructing it and presenting it in the style of a confectionary’s creation.  In a truly immersive dining experience, the guest will taste and anticipate with their eyes before it hits their tastebuds.
