George Diakrousis is one of the top Greek Sommeliers. He completed his studies in Greece and despite his young age he had the chance to work in the best restaurants in Athens as a professional Sommelier. His knowledge and experience in the art of wine tasting and pairing is vast and considerable, especially in the Greek wineries and local wines. Currently George is operating as a sommelier in his own best-award winning restaurant in Kefalonia "Sunrise Seafood Restaurant"
