Chef George Korolis is one of the most successful among Greece’s renowned chefs. He is an F&B consultant in several restaurants and hotels in Greece and France. He is the owner of one of the best Peloponnesian restaurants, “Hippocampus”  in Porto Heli. George Korolis has studied in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens - Associate's Degree Tourism Management Planning and in Alpine Center -  F&B Management - Culinary arts. As an official Ambassador for Greek Gastronomy® 2022 his role is in the same direction with the organizasion of Greek Taste Beyond Borders® GTBB, the expansion and promotion of Greek gastronomy and Greek products across the world.

George Korolis during the year travels in Europe especially, to explore local gastronomy trends and exchange his own rich culture whenever he has the chance. As a taste expert he explains to his audience, that Greek local products are considered of great value. His knowledge in this food section, has been derived by lots of experiences he had by visiting farms and wineries across the Greek villages from North to South and the Aegean islands.
