I am a chef and owner of two restaurants in Greece. One in Porto Heli (Pelloponese) and one in Athens. I am also F&B consultant in several restaurants and hotels and i proudly represent my food culture in Greece in UK and in France in my family sea food restaurant and oyster farm. My misions are engaged in promoting Greek gastronomy, Greek traditional products and Greek food culture abroad and in my country.
