He has been trained and working in the top restaurants in Greece and abroad, with one of his most important career highlight the Michelin star restaurant Brasserie Reymond Blanc in England. Georgios Karampatsis is an experienced and visionary chef with involvement for more than 23 years in the art of cooking with focus in the Greek contemporary gastronomy. For 2021 he is serving as executive chef in Germany in the famous Greek restaurant Gustus.
