GEORGIOS PETROS RIGAKIS. My challenge is to give people who come to our restaurant, the pleasure of a tasty and memorable food. I find my self trying to give Greek accents on every dish that I make in a modern way. For me Greek cuisine must be the base of world gastronomy because its the only one that includes memories, and so many emotions.
