Ioannis Bratsolias, born in Athens and graduated in the field of Culinary Arts and Gastronomy, Nutrition and Economics, works in Greece at Luxury Hotels, gastronomic restaurants and teaches in schools of tourism and cooking, as an expert in Private Chef seminars. At the same time he is employed by F&B Management, the restaurant organization, as well as the creation of specific special menus. He has travelled abroad getting knowledge and ideas for new creations and has worked in major tourist units around the world (Four Seasons Hotel Seychelles). There he developed as Executive Private Chef, taking up positions close to V.V.I.P families around the world (Seychelles, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Malta, Italy, Gstaad, etc.) On his return to his birthplace Greece, he participated in the 1st Dinner Francais day (Gout de France) among 2000 Chefs worldwide. He is being member of the presidential mansion chef brigade, and has been invited by the Presidency of the Republic and Executive chef to offer his services to the meals listed to honorary guests and governors of foreign countries. He is an author in major food and tourism magazines.
