He has 23 year of experience as a chef and he is a member of “Word Chefs Association.” He is a judge at chef s competitions and a culinary professor. He is passionate with his work. In his long career he has cooked for very important guests in Hotels villas and Mega Yachts. Yannis cooks Contemporary Greek Cuisine, Mediterranean, Asian, French, Italian and Mexican recipes as well as deserts and birthday cakes. He has certificates for HACCP ISO 22000 seminars for Mediterranean and Chinese cuisine.
