Jean Louis Capsalas is one of the top chefs in Greece and most beloved TV chef. His dishes sometimes have the glow of cosmopolitanism and sometimes the simplicity of the Greek tradition, which he always approaches with a "twist", so that the "old" acquires a new life and the new one can be seen through the light of the past.
