KAPOURANIS TRADITIONAL PIE

From March 1999, with great enthusiasm, our Kapourani family decided to open their old chests and bring out the traditional recipes of their grandmothers and grandfathers. With a lot of passion, meticulous hygiene and characteristic stability in quality, we started preparing the handmade traditional twists and pies of our place. Our products became known and impressive thanks to our old traditional recipes with fresh ingredients, without preservatives, with rustic durum wheat foil that does not collect any oil.

Our very good course was the one that forced the transfer of our workshop in 2005 from Skopelos to Volos, so that it would be easier and more direct to distribute our products. Today our company has modern production facilities of 500 m2 in Volos. The rapid growth of the company and the ever-increasing demand made us create another branch in Athens, where the Wholesale Sales Department is also based. With our own refrigerated trucks, goods are delivered daily to our customers. Delivery takes place immediately at the appropriate storage temperatures. The quality control department operating in Volos applies all hygiene rules by conducting daily checks and sampling on raw materials and merchandise, thus ensuring the excellent quality of our products.

Our company has installed a HACCP system and quality at all stages is certified based on ELOT EN ISO 22000:2018 standards.

We address entrepreneurs who are interested in the quality and stability of their products and we already cooperate with Super Markets, restaurants, taverns, taverns, beer bars, mini markets, delicatessens, canteens, bread stations, bakeries - patisserie shops, hotel units, catering companies, exports and other.
