KONSTANTINOS PERIKOS I am a chef and i proudly represent my culture in many ways. My missions are engaged in promoting Greek gastronomy abroad and in my country. My vision is to delight our customers worldwide and make them understand the value and feel the excellence of our Greek cultural heritage.

I had my culinary studies and my first steps were in Puglia, Italy next to great chefs of the traditional cuisine of Magna Grecia and the Mediterranean. All my dishes are a result of a modern transformation of  traditional recipes into todays modern food, stylish creations ... I am always guided by tradition and the richness of Greek products...
