Louie Alexakis. I have spent the last 25 years promoting Greek Gastronomy in Chicago. Since 1995 I have been recognized in National publications as an expert on Greek cuisine and culture. I serve as the Managing partner of 3 Greek restaurants currently and act as Chef Emeritus in all locations.
We believe that dining out at a Greek restaurant gives us the opportunity to offer our guests an experience of our core philosophies of Philoxenia (hospitality), Kefi (joy), and Meraki (passion). We do this through our inspired dishes, a curated Greek wine list, and an ambiance that reflects the love of life in Greece. We are promoting Greek products beyond wine and are in the process of branding our own Greek olive oil, herbs, and spoon sweets. Our knowledge and passion Greece and Greek food excite our customers and we strongly promote Greece as a destination.
