Manos Grammatikogiannis is an executive chef with deep experience and expertise in Greek cuisine. He is the owner of Mnimes Restaurant & Bar in Vancouver, Canada. Manos Grammatikogiannis was recently certified & awarded by the GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS® GTBB organization with the AMBASSADOR FOR GREEK GASTRONOMY® GOLD MEDAL 2023 for his outstanding career and sustainable role in authentic Greek cuisine, as one of the top chefs promoting Greek Gastronomy.
Chef stated: My goal is to give my customers a great Greek dining experience through my Food and Drink menu and feel like they travel to Greece. His vision statement: Elevated Traditional recipes & flavors and using plenty of Greek good quality products will carry on the greatness of Greek culture!
