Chef Costas Spiliadis will open his second location for his famed Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos on the fifth and sixth floors and terrace of The Shops at Hudson Yards. On the lower level, Milos wine bar will offer hand-selected Greek wines paired with small plate, signature Mediterranean cuisine in the evening and, during the day, a Greek Yogurt bar will prepare freshly made food coffee, and pastries to have onsite or to go. Greek olive oil, honey and sea salt will also be available for purchase. On the sixth floor, the traditional sit-down Milos experience will spill out onto the terrace from which visitors can enjoy views of the surrounding area.
