Miltos Karoumbas is a graduate of the Rhodes School of Tourism and continued his studies with a scholarship at the Center International De Glion School in Switzerland. He started his career and worked for many years in the Hilton Hotel chain.As a Master, he acquired the specialty of mass catering at the Montana School in Switzerland and worked as a Catering Production Manager at Swissair. He continued as Executive Chef at the multinational Gate Gourmet for Papadacos catering, as well as Corporate Executive Chef & Development manager for the Vivartia group of companies. In Greece, he has worked in many well-known restaurants and hotels, and has been a professor at the tourism professions.
For nine years he is the President of the Hellenic Chefs with significant action in gastronomic and cultural events in Greece and abroad. In his international activity he is the official Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy worldwide for the Club of Chefs of Greece, he is a member of the ITQI world-wide group of tasters, based in Belgium and a judge in the international organization Bocuse d'or and WORLDCHEFS.
Today he has established his own consulting firm POINT HUB with activities in Greece and abroad.
