I am a restaurant manager certified taste expert and the younger son of a very famous Greek cook Giorgos Falias who passed away on 2018. Along with my brother we continue his/our legacy though the tradition, culture & love of Greek cuisine & gastronomy and we/I represent my country & my culture in many ways. I am a journalist too and I often speak/write about our history & gastronomy on the media. My missions are -among others- engaged in promoting Greek gastronomy abroad and in my country too. With love & respect to Greek products, recipes, heritage, simplicity & roots.
Back to the roots...! The key is simplicity and tradition. Families are like olive trees. The deeper the roots, the longer they last. Passing on knowledge, tradition & culture to the next generations... We are (or we have to be) a huge family with love & respect to the others. Through love, respect, unity and... Greek food & drinks at the end of the day we can do everything. We have to be fearless for the future no matter what’s going on in the world today because all the answers are here, in front of us and they go all the way to the past, to ancient Greek philosophy and way of living. Their past and their values show us the way to a good life & a much Better future... Back to the roots!
