In 1977 the Patsis family set a goal and succeeded in producing high quality dairy products from excellent raw materials, in order to keep alive a long tradition with grandeur ... for the benefit of the world. Old cauldrons as then in Byzantium, in front of the eyes of the people, apply the secret recipe by mixing pure ingredients, such as some of them, semolina, vanilla, lemon zest, fresh butter & milk and the thick syrup that is poured over the fresh sweets…!
