Ο οργανισμός του Greek Taste Beyond Borders® GTBB πιστοποίησε/βράβευσε την οινοποιία “ ΠΛΑΓΙΕΣ ΛΕΥΚΑΔΑΣ – LEFKAS HILLS” για την εξαιρετική ποιότητα παραγωγής Λευκαδίτικου Οίνου.
Η αμπελουργία - οινοποιία Σολδάτος Αργυρός Ο.Ε. ιδρύθηκε το 2002 από δύο νέους, γεμάτους όνειρα παραγωγούς. Η έδρα, τα αμπέλια και οι εγκαταστάσεις βρίσκονται μέσα στα όρια της κοινότητας του Αϊ-Λια, στους ορεινούς όγκους της Λευκάδας. Μέσα στην κοινότητα του Αϊ-Λια, μια σύγχρονη οινοποιία δέχεται κάθε χρόνο την παραγωγή των αμπελιών. Είναι εξοπλισμένη με μηχανήματα τελευταίας τεχνολογίας, διαθέτοντας πνευματικό πιεστήριο, ανοξείδωτες δεξαμενές, ψυκτικές εγκαταστάσεις και αυτόματο εμφιαλωτήριο. Στην προστατευμένη από τις εξωτερικές θερμοκρασίες κάβα, αρχικά τα κρασιά ωριμάζουν για 6 μήνες σε δρύινα γαλλικά και αμερικανικά βαρέλια και στη συνέχεια συμπληρώνουν την ωρίμανση σε φιάλες για 3 ακόμη μήνες.
Η οινοποιία “ ΠΛΑΓΙΕΣ ΛΕΥΚΑΔΑΣ – LEFKAS HILLS”, θα συμμετάσχει στο ετήσιο παγκόσμιο συνέδριο του 🇬🇷GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS® GTBB στο Κέντρο Πολιτισμού ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος ΚΠΙΣΝ, ανάμεσα σε άλλα premium brand και στους επίσημους Πρεσβευτές της Ελληνικής και παγκόσμιας Γαστρονομίας, υπό την Αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Τουρισμού, του ΕΟΤ και του Δήμου Αθηναίων, 19 Οκτωβρίου 2020 | Ambassadors of Taste Global Conference- Athens Greece. Within the community of Ai-Lia, a modern winery accepts the production of vines every year. It is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, has a pneumatic press, stainless steel tanks, refrigeration facilities and an automatic bottling plant. In the wine cellar protected from outside temperatures, the wines first mature for 6 months in oak French and American barrels and then complete their maturation in bottles for another 3 months.

The conference will take place on 19 October, 2020 at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) under the auspices of Ministry of Tourism, GNTO and City of Athens.
