As an expert in Greek cuisine, an F&B consultant and a promoter of authentic local products, he is in the first place to represent his island! For the last years he has been engaged in awareness raising campaigns for the Naxian gastronomic tourism trough TV broadcasts and global conference attendances. He has been recently presented & certified by the Greek Taste Beyond Borders GTBB organization as an official Ambassador for Greek Gastronomy®.

He is also a famous pastry chef and owns a traditional pastry shop and a wedding & corporate event company in Naxos. He is famous for his extensive buffet menus and his innovative cooking style combining authenticity, tradition and gourmet essence.
