I am the president of the Hellenic Gastronomy Chefs Club based in Kavala. Our club deals with the purpose and at the same time the development of Greek traditional gastronomy, but without losing its identity. The club is active both in Greece and abroad in gastronomic events that promote Greek gastronomy.

My vision is the spread of Greek traditional gastronomy, marrying it with the modern trends and practices of gastronomy, always keeping the traditional element of Greek cuisine. An integral part of course is the cooperation with the producers of local organic products in order to ensure the excellent quality.
