It has taken Theodoros Mamais several years of hard work, dedication, and a tremendous amount of patience to achieve his goals. Theodoros is proud of how far he's come, but he does not plan on settling any time soon! Born and raised in Athens, Theodoros's Greek roots have blessed him with great experiences working in restaurants in Athens and being mentored by some great international chefs. Intuitively, Theodoros knew there was so much more out there for him to discover.
To pursue his dreams, Theodoros wanted to cook not only in Athens but in Kitchens all around the world!
Exceptionally innovative with more than ten years' experience in operations in restaurants, preparing a wide variety of unique appetizers, soups, entrées, sauces, and desserts. He is now proficient in numerous cooking techniques and cuisines with a talent for working with ingredients from countries around the world, including Greece, France, Spain, and Canada.
