I’m a Head Chef in the yachting industry. The yacht I’m in charge of by GOLDEN YACHTS, is the O’PTASIA, 85m, sailing mostly in the Mediterranean sea and the Red sea. I have worked for several years as a head chef in Brussels/Belgium, Cannes, Dubai and in Europe generally.

My mission is to provide the best version of the Greek taste, collecting and using Greek and local ingredients of every place we are sailing. This is my way to show to our guests the Greek hospitality and to create memories through food.

Valentina Argyropoulou is the Head Chef for the superyacht O’PTASIA, sailing in Med Sea and Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
