History of Greek food…   Perhaps the most important thing to know about Greek culture, is that eating out and sharing our food with friends is as important as the food itself.   We have a special word for that , we call it : "PARÉA" and it translates to good, friendly company,  conversation and overall the spirit and ambiance of our place.
