In 1920, Zouridakis Michalis and his wife Zouridakis Anthousa founded the first bakery in Pitsidia, Heraklion, Crete. With the pure traditional ingredients of the time and the non-existent word "preservatives", they began with love, zeal and passion to prepare the first traditional products of the family.
