The use of the phrase is established by common law rights and falls under the legal rights of GREEK TASTE BEYOND BORDERS® GTBB and no other authority, institution or single entity has the right of presenting this title to persons or entities. Using the phrase or paraphrasing or insisting on claiming an Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy or an Ambassador of Greek taste “Ambassador of Greek taste®” without license may raise legal actions of defending our trademarks.
