Emmanouil Chiras is an experienced and talented chef well-known for his creativity in cooking and his great knowledge in Greek gastronomy and consulting food services. "I am a chef located in the wonderful island of Lipsi, Greece and I proudly represent my culture in many ways and especially through Aegean cooking and traditional recipes. My missions are engaged in promoting Greek gastronomy abroad and in my country. I own a restaurant in my island where I serve numerous of tourists coming all over the world to enjoy my dishes."
